Javascript form not working

I have a mautic form here https://smartlaunch.pt/hidden/hidden

When you fill the form and press sign up it stays stuck at “please wait”.

I have been searching mautic foruns and the solution is always found in the platform where the site was made or in a plugin installed, never on Mautic.

I think it has something to do with https or javascript.

Can you help me?

Do not put the script in the head. Change it to the footer (or before </body> tag)

I have followed your instructions and tried it, first on the page footer, after on the site footer.
Still not working.

Still looks like there are scripts in the head.

I did not realized that you meant all scripts.
I already made the change and the form now works perfectly on desktop, although it does not load on ipad and iphone.
