I i’ve tried all overflow settings and just can not figure out why not all items in the ServicesList section are showing in the preview and published site.

I´m having the same kind of problem since 2 days ago. May there be a bug with the designer?
Your page isn’t deep enough to trigger the interaction on those bottom services. If you add a div that’s 200px high at the bottom of the page you’ll see this adds the extra scroll needed. This will work if you add a footer section or something. Or you can adjust the offset to trigger the interaction sooner.
