Items not showing in collections, users and ecommerce

Hi,

i’m having issue to show and edit items from collections. it says no item are in it but why i try to delete the collection, it says that i can’t because there is items in it. and indeed, when i export collection in csv, i have several items in it…

I have the same issue with users collection and ecommerce products and memberships.

how can i do ?

You’d need to share your readonly designer link per the instructions for anyone to see.

You might have the view filtered so that you cannot see e.g. archived items?

hello, normaly the public share link is the read only one.

And i checked everything : no filters are activated


I’d message Webflow support on this one.

  • The “Members” CMS looks empty and should be deleteable
  • In ECom, I’m also seeing 1 Product and 1 Category in the counts, but no items

Note that even if you delete all ECom items, the ECom collections cannot be removed. However this does not prevent you from downgrading to e.g. Basic plan.

i already message Webflow support but have no answer yet.

For the Members, i agree it looks empty but yet…

The community can’t help you with internal system issues.

A few things you could try for self-help;

  • Disable all browser extensions
  • Clear your browser cache
  • If you’re using localization, you might try switching locales to see if anything shows up on other locales

i tried everything, but none works… and i have no answer from the support…
