I can not get our root/naked domain working. When “www.” is used it works fine. I believe I have the correct “A” records added. So I am not sure where to go from here.

In your DNS, this one looks like a mistake, I’d remove that, but as a TXT it probably shouldn’t cause any routing resolution issues.
Also make certain your items are green, and that www is set as your default, in most standard configurations.
Resolution-wide, payitfowardcincinnati.org is working the way I’d expect;
