There is some discrepancy between my pop-up form when I publish the site and in the designer view. In the designer’s view, everything looks good, but on the published site, it does not. Here are the screenshots:

If your published site looks different from what you see in the Designer, here are some troubleshooting steps:
- Unpublish and republish your site from your site settings
- Clear your browser cache
- If needed, restore a previous version of your site from your project settings
