Issues adding client billing

Hey guys.

I’m trying to add hosting to a client site I made and add client billing.

But when I fill out the form with (my) personal and business information in step 2, and click “save and continue” i get a notification saying: “Your information is already validated, so certain fields that pertain to your identity may not be editable.” And then I can’t proceed to step 3 (Submit ID Document)

Does anyone have an idea about what to do? Would be much appreciated!
