Issue with tracking the "Booking Request" event in the reservation form

Hi!
I am experiencing an issue with tracking the “booking request” event in the reservation form on my Webflow site www.palazzobelvedere.com. The form is integrated through the Mr. Preno code (hotel booking management system).

Everything was working fine until January 20th: Google Tag Manager tracked the event when a user submitted the form to request a stay. However, since that date, Tag Manager no longer detects the form submission event, while still tracking other interactions on the site correctly.

No changes have been made to the form code, so I don’t understand what might have caused this. I have run some tests, but the issue persists and the “booking request” event is no longer being tracked.

I would appreciate support in resolving this issue and restoring proper event tracking.

Hi Roberta when we establish GTM-based conversion tracking for clients, GTM’s debugging tools are incredibly useful. Obviously something has changed somewhere, but you’d have to trace it through those systems to determine what’s needed to capture your event data.
