Issue with Tab, always switching to the last tab automatically even if it was redirected to open a different tab

If Form field is added to Tabs panel this behaviour happens… Because, I use for Form for custom Filter in each tab… no Auto focus was checked in any of the form.
When page open its always switching to last Tab
