Issue with reusing interaction on same element on another page

Hi There

Been struggling a lot trying to refuse an interaction on the same element on an another page. Did it fine on my desktop widths , when I go to reuse and page interaction. However this particular problem has been on my new navigation bar from Tablet - down.

It’s a simple Nav bar out/in on scroll. However for some reason, I’m getting this visual (see screenshot) when I go to relink an interaction with the element on a new page. It should look like the second screenshot.
