Issue with icons in page

Hi all,

For some reason the icons on these pages are not working, the first icon has the correct size but the following got resized, checked everything and can’t find why is this happening.

Hope someone can help, thanks.

This project is kind of sensitive so, I appreciate some discretion with respect accessing the read-only link.
