Issue with HTML Embed in CMS Rich Text Editor – Possible Bug?

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing a strange issue when trying to add an HTML embed inside a CMS item.

I’m trying to paste the code in the modal window, but instead of inserting the embed in the expected spot, the code gets pasted directly into the body of the article content.

It doesn’t seem to behave as intended, and I suspect this might be a bug or some unexpected behavior with the editor.

I recorded a quick screen capture to show exactly what’s happening:

Has anyone else run into this or know what might be causing it?

I have the exact same issue as the link above.

Could not duplicate. Try running a clean browser session with no extensions installed. It is what I do.
