Issue Scrolling on Mobile Devices (Jumpy and Step-like)

I’ve noticed an issue with my website where scrolling on mobile devices is not smooth. Instead, it feels bouncy and moves in steps. This problem only occurs on mobile, especially when accessing the site through browsers in apps like Telegram or Instagram.

I’ve reviewed the design and the code, but I can’t pinpoint the exact cause. I thought it might be related to heavy images or videos in the background, so I used an embed code for the video and kept the image sizes small.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue? If so, how did you resolve it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
