Is there any way to eliminate unused images from my library?

General question…
I’ve duplicated on of my sites to utilize a NAV BAR I designed.
Unfortunately, the site I duplicated has TONS of imagery… Eliminating all the pages was easy. The Image library still has over 100 images I don’t want for this new site.

Is there a way to easily remove them?
