Is there a keyboard shortcut for publish site?

Just wondering if there is a faster way to get this job done, other than the two step click Publish / then click Publish to selected domains.

Even if its just the default last saved setting to push it live?

Absolutely! hold shift, click p. This will open the publish window.

Continue to hold shift click enter. This will publish the site.
