Is static column achievable

Theres any way to make col-bio static and col-blog scrollable?

I want to achieve half the screen static and half the screen scrollable. I want to use columns because they are much more easy to control when formating for mobile

Yes like that

First set a fix height for the column you want scrollable

Put content inside and set the column scrollable to overflow scroll

Leave the second column on auto.
Put your content inside.
And there you have it
