I have made 1 form, and its placed by each item/products on a collection template.
Is it possible to know wich filled form is from a specific item?

That is a good question. You can give different names to your forms on different pages.

Hi Nelson,

This is not what i meant.

In a collection page you put only 1 form, but it has 100 pages.
it would be nice if the form could give a “collection name” or url.

So we can see on what item people reacting!
