Is it possible to implement this beautiful Rain & Water Effect into WebFlow?

Hello,

If possible, can someone please explain how I can add this: Rain & Water Effect Experiments | Codrops to webflow? I would love to see if this is even possible to begin with. If it is, I would be incredibly happy.

I did a lot of experimenting on my own but so far I haven’t succeeded yet. I’m willing to pay just to understand how I can accomplish this.

This could simply be achieved with a background video

Sure, that would do the trick and is way easier than trying to make this with code but that is not what I’m looking for. I did consider trying to make something similar in After Effects but that wouldn’t make it interesting enough for me.
