Yes, it’s possible. Not with Webflow natively but with some custom code.
I’ve made these test projects a while back that you can take a look at and see how I built it.

I am new to webflow but what I want is to have particle.js in my webflow project.
You already gave the links to your previous particle.js projects but as far as I know, those are the links to published websites.
Can you share the link to your webflow project so that I can see how you applied custom css and js including particle.js to webflow project?
