Hello. We are looking for the following features inside the Webflow template - I have provided 2 web links below to show examples of what we are after:

I don’t know a template that does this already, but it can easily be created in webflow, though it would be easier to just change the whole image with a transition.
The second link you provided is using this.
I would choose a template you like and that fits your design needs and invest maybe 1 or 2h to recreate the Floor Plans
