The ‘when scrolled into view’ interactions on my site are not triggering on safari 10 and all older version of the browser. This seems to be happening on both mobiles and desktops.

Please provide the Bugs team with your read-only link, and details of the safari versions you are seeing this on, also if possible a screen recording showing the behaviour/intended behaviour, will help them diagnose faster
