I am trying to build this interactive website. Ive tried giving my banner image a parallax effect. Below the banner image I am trying to put another section with heading and paragraph but its overlapping. Ive been trying to solve this for sometime but I am stuck. Also, when I add elements to my section the scroll doesn’t work. It doesn’t let me see the content below. Can someone please guide.
