Hi,
I’m trying to replicate this uber cool transition effect when scrolling down:
http://www.gramercyparkhotel.com
The second section moves into the main area when you scroll down. I can trigger into view a transition, but I don’t know how to make it move at the same time as the scrolling advances…
It’s like it’s triggered by the scroll into view of that section, but it stops if you stop scrolling down, and goes back again when scrolling up.
Would it be possible to achieve that same effect with webflow ?
Thank you !!

I believe this is done using this plugin skrollr - parallax scrolling for the masses . It’s Github link is at GitHub - Prinzhorn/skrollr: Stand-alone parallax scrolling library for mobile (Android + iOS) and desktop. No jQuery. Just plain JavaScript (and some love).
You can add it to Webflow site using the Github tutorial I wrote in Tips & Tricks category:
1a. Get embeddable link from any github resource.
Open file in a new tab
Click on “Raw”
1b. Change URL of raw file
Change URL from raw.github.com or raw.githubusercontent.com to cdn.rawgit.com
(VERY IMPORTANT OR SCRIPT WON’T WORK!!!)
Copy changed URL
Update: Rawgit replacement

Also, feel free to contact me for further code help and/or customization of third-party plugins]
This effect is not possible using Webflow’s interactions at the time of writing.
