Instant load CMS Slider

My website is based on CMS powered sliders, and the first image is the first thing you see when you land, however, unfortunately it lazy loads.
So I land on an empty website with the first page image in the slider loading(Yes my images are optimized). I can’t find a way to have a background image in a slider load with page.

Is there a piece of code to do this?

A background image loading can’t be set to eager. You should add the an image to the slide and bind that to the CMS. The image can be set to eager-loading.
