Insert Project descriptions and title

Hi,

I really need help with two things!
First, how do I put text box at the bottom of the first row of images? When I try to place text block, the whole image moves away to another box.

Second, how do I put a text box for my description of each project in my portfolio page? I know CMS collection page has a description box that I can fill in but how do I make it show it on the page?
