Increasing number of Declined Payment with Stripe

Hi there ! We’ve been using Webflow ecommerce integrated with Stripe since months now and everything always worked great !

Since 2-3 weeks, we’ve seen an increasing number of declined payment in Stripe, and also an increasing number of complaints from our clients not able to complete their payments.

After asking Stripe for more information, they told us that it’s because we need to collect more information about the Cardholder, such as the Full Name, Full Zip Address and so on…

It seems that Webflow is not sending all this information to the Stripe API during a payment.

Do you have any clue about how can I manage this ?
