In page anchors working on mobile but not on desktop

Hello!

I wrote a loooong article and added a table of content with anchors to subsections at the beginning of the post: https://www.holaspirit.com/blog/holacracy

The anchors work fine on mobile but not on desktop.

Any ideas on how I might be able to fix this?
