In mobile layout,cms category list to control with arrows or dropdown like onclick and display the category name

Hello,
i have created portfolio page.
and list of category with “ALL”.
in mobile layout can i archive with arrows control ?
or another option i have set dropdown like this. i have set but default how can i set all companies and then onclick and display category names. also when i click ALL Companies not display…any thought how can i set?
