Impossible to add a section - footer

Hello,

I am trying to add a footer to my website but when I try to add a section it doesn’t work. I also tried to add a div but it doesn’t appear when I publish the website.

Just check the placement of the section, sometimes it doesn’t appear (or it doesn’t let you) if you try to put inside a Div or other element.
