Images displayed across the sections

Hi there! So I’ve designed my first website to be put together in Webflow, and I’ve got a question:

The star marked with red circle crosses two sections. Where should I place the image - In the green section, or the white one below? And how do I position the star? When it’s placed in the green section, adding a top margin to a star image moves it down, but it doesn’t cross both sections.
