Image not appearing when published?

Hi Community,

This is strange – When I publish my website, the main hero image is gone, but only when I view it on my laptop. The desktop version appears ok. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

can you do a screen recording using loom.com so we can see what exactly is happening please?

Thanks Nelson for responding. The issues has been resolved. It appeared to be a Lazy Load issue. I would have never discovered this hadn’t it been for a developer friend’s help. New to this thing, developing… Webflow has made this possible for me, but the learning curve is a little more severe than I expected.

I dig your videos and I’ve found them pretty helpful as I continue to learn the software. Keep on keeping’ on -
