Image "Cover" setting not working for some reason

I can’t get the “Cover” setting to work on some image boxes on one of my pages. I’ve checked everything I can think of, and not sure why this isn’t working.

Can someone help me with this please? Thank you!!

(It’s the “Start Your Career” page, and the images in the “What to Expect” section, about the 3rd section of the page)

Use cover on the image directly, but also set it to 100% width and height to fill its container. I’ve cleaned up a few other settings as well in this image- it’s safer to undo settings rather than overwrite them with defaults.
