I'm unable to scroll on mobile

I’m having trouble scrolling on mobile on the published site. I read other forums that mentioned making sure the overflow is set to unseen on the body. I did that, but seem to be having the same issue. It only occurs on the homepage.

This occurs on the home page.

I am referring to the published location. It is also helpful to know the browser / device you have issues with. When a problem is on the published site it usually requires debugging in the browser.
