I’m having difficulty understanding how I deploy a website I’ve designed for my client ( I just want them to be able to pay for the hosting, not me). is there a tutorial video that can take me step by step how to do this? please help!

If you want the client to pay Webflow directly, then you will need to transfer the project to the clients account. There is documentation on how to transfer a project in the webflow university.
