I need help to adjust my header's gap

Hi there.
I need to adjust my header in screenshot below

I need to adjust its left and right position to be aligned justified as its margin. What I already did was :

1. Add the flex mode in Layout settings, applied to its main container and its own container
2. add space between ALignment, nothing happened.
3. try to adjust the gap value, nothing happens as expected.
