I need help submiting a support ticket to WebFlow!

I want to send a support ticket to WebFlow since the templates I bought are gone. I need to understand why they are gone and why I cant get support. I go to the portal and when I try to send the email keeps saying error. I was thinking of upgrading and buying the hosting plan, but I do not believe WebFLow cares for their customers unless they are big companies. So, disappointing. I need to recover my templates. Please HELP!

Would you be able to send through the error message that you’re seeing on your end?

It might be worth trying to submit your request through the portal in another browser - Firefox has been known to cause some issues with forms.
