I bought a template and closed the browser not knowing if the purchase went through or not, so I did what every excited over zealous person would do and ‘click purchase’ again.
It showed in my account as two charges, how do I go about getting a refund for the second purchase?
I bought a template, was excited to use it, clicked on it and it told me I’d have to purchase it again. I didn’t even open it up!! Sucks!! I had to call my credit card company and once the purchase goes through you can start a formal dispute. Thank you capital one. It sure has soured me on Webflow. I think I hear Hubspot calling me again! lol. Don’t buy any templates guys.
