I’ve integrated HubSpot with our website and embedded an existing HubSpot form on our Webflow site. In HubSpot, we set up an action so that when someone submits this form, a specific contact field in HubSpot should update to “true.”
However, when the form is submitted on the Webflow site, the contact field doesn’t update. I’ve worked with the HubSpot team, and everything seems to be functioning correctly on their end. We tested the form outside of the Webflow environment, and it worked fine, so the setup on HubSpot’s side is confirmed to be correct. It appears the issue is on the Webflow side.
I have integrated HubSpot with Webflow in the designer and ‘third party apps’ in the setting. However I haven’t integrated it as a ‘marketing automation platform’ as it says I need to contact sales. I’m assuming this may be the reason why.
Does anyone have any ideas why this might be happening?
