How to unbind cards in a collection? For each card to link to different links

Hello everyone!

I’m trying to unbind the cards in a collection on different tabs, for each card to link to different links. But it looks like once we change a link, it changes on all tabs and all cards. Is there a way to unbind the collections for us to add individual links? Some cards need to link to an internal section on a tab, some cards to external sites. See the below screenshot for reference:

Here’s the live link of one tab: https://www.onepiecework.com/powered-by-opw
And another tab: https://www.onepiecework.com/locations/san-francisco

Really appreciate the help in advance!

Here is my site Read-Only: LINK
(how to share your site Read-Only link)

Welcome to the community Jessica!

If you could share your read only link of your site that would make things a bit easier.

However, you don’t have to use a collection if you don’t want, and you can reuse all the style classes that are currently used by your collection.

I would recommend recreating the whole section block by block and applying the same styles. Then for your links, you can set them individually for each block.

Hi there,

I’m actually having this same issue. This template came with a cms project template. At first I was using it, then decided just to custom make my project pages. Is there a faster way than recreating all of the work page? I don’t know how to actually unbind the link- which I think I am able to do? I want to assign each project block to a separate page I made- I just can’t unbind it.

Your help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey @Ashlie_Pounds

Here is a short video I have recorded which might help: Loom | Free Screen & Video Recording Software | Loom

Let me know if that helps.

Cheers!
Drew

this isn’t my post, and it’s been a while ago, but thank you so much for that recording!

i’ve been scratching my head for the past 2 hours on how to do this, and your explanation makes a lot of sense and it’s been really helpful
