Bit of a random question however at a proposal meeting pitching to a new client, one of their team members was purely concerned about security and where the server/data centres are located.
We are in Australia and can see on the server fleet map there are indicators on Australia however how do we determine which server they’d be utilising?
I’m not really sure why the concern however they’re wanting security that their data is being held locally and is secure … and what happens if a server crashed.
Now clearly I’m not on the technical side of this and seeking some guidance to hopefully get our client across.
