How to structure background scrolling

Hello,

I have found a tumblr theme that is very minimal. I do not care about the navigation side bar,
I only want to mimic the scrolling effect that occurs with its background:

Fixed+ Tumblr Theme

As you can see, it continually alternates from backgrounds that are fixed to backgrounds that scroll.
How can you do this in webflow?

Just use the fix option on the background image/video
