I’m a Webflow user for more than 6 years and I’m fully satisfied with it.
Although, I found out lately that when I do SEM campaigns on my webflow websites I’m getting a lot of SPAM clicks.
A lot for SPAM clicks from around the world.
I tried to fix that by searching on the internet about How to STOP SPAM clicks on webflow and I couldn’t find any help. So I thought to communicate that to our webflow community.
Is there a way to eliminate this? Can I prevent SPAM clicks?
And also it would be great if there is a way to prevent clicks from other countries than Canada.
Look forward to hearing your suggestions and your knowledge.
Many thanks

You specified “SEM clicks”- if you’re using Google Adwords, you can control which countries your ads are shown to. Make sure to specify IN that country, and not INTERESTED IN that country, which is the default.
That won’t block your site from e.g. Canada, but it will minimize the display of your Adwords ads there.
If you are also trying to reduce Webflow spam and clicks from countries that are not relevant to your product, the main approach is to configure your GA reports to show you legit traffic that you care about.
If you really want to reduce traffic from other countries, you could potentially set something like Cloudflare’s Threat Control to block users in certain countries from accessing your site- however that could have negative impacts on SEO if it blocks certain search engine crawlers as well.
