How to separate forms to different Google Sheets files?

Hi! I need to create multiple websites that each one of them will have a different Form (This is for an insurance company that has multiple insurance, such as obamacare, dental etc…)

I want to have multiple sheets depending of the insurance registration so we don’t mix the information of future prospect. Is this possible to do? If so, how?

Use automation like make.com to capture your form submission, and append rows to your Google Sheets. That’s pretty much it.
