I recently copy the free “Mass” Webflow e-commerce template but am not sure how to change the hero section images. Does any know how to change the images on the hero section slider?
I’ve looked in the navigator at the layers, but can’t figure it out. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
hi @Dbisbee both links you have provided are to your project and as your hero slider on Home page doesn’t have any images I’m not sure you are taking for. You can add image element to each slide (your hero has only one slide) and set it to your expectations.
It’s not my website, it’s a template. That’s why I provided the made-in-Webflow link. The image in the slider section is hidden in a div called “hero-slider-placeholder”. I’m reaching out to the developer to learn more. Thanks for providing feedback though.
From what I saw if you double click where that Hero image would be “Hero-K-Slider-Slide” on your slider, and go to the paintbrush on the side bar. Scroll down to the “backgrounds” tab and expand that tab, then click “Images and Gradients”, from there you can add any photo you like to that specific slider frame, and scale it appropriately.
Yeah. That’s what the developer said. Now I just don’t know how to access the CMS where the images are located. I’ve looked at the CMS and all the pages. I can’t find the source of the images.
hi @Dbisbee you have to have done something that broke connection to CMS. I have cloned template on my account and publish it. Once done I have checked k-slide-cover-img and I have access to collection.
