How to repeat a CMS item

Hi,

I have a CMS Collection with currently over 70 items. I’m using this collection on multiple pages using filters to have specific collection items in different wrappers. Some of the collections I would like to repeat in multiple collection wrappers.

On this page I have a filter set for the year 2023-2024 set: Webflow - PEACE

And on this page, the year 2022-2023 filter set: Webflow - PEACE

Some people from the 2022-2023 year are repeating for the 2023-2024 year, and the client wants those repeated. How can I have only some repeat? I tried creating another filter, but it created an “empty state” box on the page and not repeating the item.

I’m trying to explain this the best I can. I hope this makes sense.

Hi @kimwild , I would create an additional collection for Years, then replace the Years text field with a Multi-reference field in the Bios collection - alllowing you to assign more than one year to a bio that can be used in filtering.

OK, thank you. I have never used multi-reference so I will go and learn that and give it a try.
