How can I reference another collection from within a collection page template?

I’d like to use an image from my Webinars collection Speaker Image field.

But I already looked at all of this. Using the CMS is easy. This isn’t my first project.

I am unable to wrap my head around my specific use case; that’s the problem. I have no clue how to get the CMS working when I have 4 collections that need to reference each other.

I am editing a Virtual Summit collection template, needing to reference from a Webinar collection template.
