How to put a menu below the hero section

Hi,

I want to put a menu below the hero section. with borders. Also the bottom border should highlight when the mouse hovers on it.

I sort of figured out something, but i do not know if that’s the proper way to do it. I added a Section below the Hero section, then a Container, then a List, then a ListItem. I add added TextLinks. First i want to know if that the best way to do it, then I want to go a step further an add

  1. an image before the TextLink, which will also be clickable when the mouse hovers over it.
  2. a border below each menu, which highlights when the mouse hovers over.
