How to overlap brand images in nav bar?

Hi guys,
I am new to Webflow and hope you can help me! Already researched my problem and didn’t find a solution.

I try to overlap the brand image in nav bar like Pepsi do: https://pepsi.de/
BUT everytime I try the nav bar gets bigger aligned to the image size of my logo.

Hope you guys have a solution, thanks in advance!
