How can i make these style of refraction interaction in the viewport background image? Like when i drag the mouse the image moves. Example here:

Persona.co have a lot of these background image interactions effects and i want to emulate them in Webflow. Is that possible? Thank u so much!

You can only achieve this by adding custom code. Webflow does not have advanced animations like these.
