How to make sure buttons link to different pages

Hi,

I am having hard time how to fix this issue with button to link to pages.
On my Project page - when you click “Volunteer” button - it takes you to the “Volunteer” page with Volunteer Form first.
I want this button to show the introduction first - but it does not let me change this function (or I don’t know how to change this).
