Damn, that was satisfying to read. Trying to figure out the way you did it before reading the rest of the explanation was fun, the blur-contrast combo was easy enough to guess but getting the idea in the first place without looking at someone’s complete creation is a whole different thing. My sincerest respects to your creativity!
@vincent does this still work? It doesn’t seem to work for me. The circles (inner div) stay blurry, even when I add contrast + brightness to the outer div.
